You can exchange a style or size within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Reach out to info@marimela.com, we're here to help you find your perfect fit!
Every purchase from Mari Mela reflects a commitment to ethical production and innovative supply chain practices. Our garments are made on-demand, and we don't keep any bulk inventory at our location. We recommend purchasing a new piece directly onsite once your product has been shipped back, in order to ensure a quicker production turnaround.
We do not charge shipping for exchanges; however, we will only accept the same style exchanged once. After that, only a return will be available.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached. Swimwear must have liners still attached. We cannot accept returns from other retail locations or websites.
Returns are subject to a return label fee, deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return, email your Order Number and item you are returning to info@marimela.com.
Sale items are final sale and only eligible for exchange. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Mari Mela is not responsible for shipping delays due to uncontrollable factors or for return packages lost, stolen, or mishandled before being scanned at a shipment facility. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these above return requirements.
